Jake, Matt and CincyBath were great to work with. Super friendly and accurate on their timeline and cost. The Moen designs they gave me to pick from, and flooring they used are of excellent quality.

They knocked out 50+ years of different tiling, wallpaper, and rebuilt the walls underneath before applying a new tub, shower panels and accessories.

Our cell block window was wonderfully framed to keep its great lighting. I highly recommend them to do the heavy lifting part of your bathroom remodel.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The Cincy Co was very strict on following what was in the contract so be sure Every Promise Spoken is written down so you won’t be disappointed. The best news I can share with you is that the installation man that I had was absolutely the best part of our whole experience. He was very professional and thorough in every aspect of his job. It was a pleasure to have him as our installer. Never rude, always respectful and honest. I would recommend him for any future work I need.

From our first encounter to our install, I knew this company was different. Jake came to our house and didn't try to upsell all the products. He asked us what we wanted. He knew I had already got an estimate of over 18k with discounts. He helped us with finding products that would look nice without breaking the bank. The installers were kind and courteous even showing concerns for my husband's transforner collection on shelf in another room. The work was explained to us and done in very timely fashion. I definitely would recommend Cincy Bath to anyone looking for honest people to fix your shower.

Is A Walk-In Shower Right For Me?

If you’ve been thinking about making the switch, you’re not alone. Walk-in showers are one of the most popular bathroom upgrades homeowners choose — and for good reason. But we know it’s a big decision, so here are a few of the most common questions we hear:

My bathroom is on the smaller side.

No problem. Walk-in showers are actually a great option for compact bathrooms. Removing a bulky tub can open up the space significantly and make the room feel larger than it did before.

I’m not sure I want to give up my tub entirely.

That’s a fair concern, and one worth thinking through. If you have another tub in the home, converting a secondary bathroom to a walk-in shower is often an easy call. We also offer tub-shower combos if you want the best of both worlds — all with the same professional installation and lifetime warranty. And if it’s your only tub and you have young children, it may be worth a conversation with our team to find the best fit for your situation.

Will this hurt my home’s resale value?

In most cases, no — and often it helps. Walk-in showers are a highly sought-after feature for today’s buyers, particularly when they’re well-designed and professionally installed.

Is this a good option if I have mobility concerns?

Absolutely. Walk-in showers eliminate the need to step over a tub wall, and with ADA-approved bases, grab bars, and seating options available, we can build a shower that’s as safe as it is beautiful.

Installation Process

We know inviting a crew into your home is a big deal, so we keep the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. On installation day, our team handles everything — from demo and removal of your old tub to final cleanup when the job is done. Most installations are completed in a single day, and your new shower is ready to use shortly after. Before we ever show up, one of our team members will walk you through exactly what to expect so there are no surprises along the way.

Experience the Benefits of a Walk In Shower

Unmatched Safety and Modern Style

A walk-in shower eliminates the high threshold of a traditional tub-shower combo, significantly reducing the risk of slips and falls. This barrier-free or low-barrier entry makes it an ideal solution for individuals with mobility challenges, seniors aging in place, or anyone seeking a safer and more accessible bathing experience. By removing the need to step over a high wall, you create a more secure and comfortable bathroom environment for every member of your household.

Beyond the crucial safety benefits, walk-in showers offer a sleek, modern aesthetic that can make any bathroom feel more spacious and open. Their minimalist design provides a clean, uncluttered look that enhances your home’s value. Furthermore, they are typically easier to clean than conventional tubs, often featuring non-porous surfaces and fewer crevices where mold and mildew can grow, saving you time and effort on maintenance.

From Design Consultation to Flawless Finish

Our process begins with a comprehensive, in-home consultation where our expert designers listen to your needs and vision. We’ll take precise measurements of your space and guide you through our extensive selection of materials, styles, fixtures, and accessories. You’ll receive a detailed, transparent quote with no hidden fees, ensuring you know exactly what to expect before any work begins.

Once you’ve finalized your design, our factory-trained and certified installers get to work. We treat your home with the utmost respect, protecting your property and containing the work area. Our team works efficiently to complete the installation, often in as little as one day, minimizing disruption to your daily routine. We conclude with a thorough quality check and cleanup, leaving you with a beautiful, fully functional walk-in shower.

Creating a Shower That Reflects Your Style

We craft our walk-in showers from high-quality, non-porous acrylic and composite materials that are engineered to last a lifetime. These surfaces are incredibly durable, resisting chips, cracks, stains, and fading. Unlike tile grout, our seamless wall surrounds have no crevices for mold or mildew to grow, making them exceptionally easy to clean and maintain. Choose from a wide variety of colors, patterns, and textures, including options that mimic the look of natural stone or tile, to perfectly match your bathroom’s decor.

The right fixtures can elevate your shower from functional to luxurious. We offer a complete range of hardware options to suit your personal style, including modern rain showerheads, convenient handheld wands, and classic fixed heads. Select from popular finishes like polished chrome, brushed nickel, oil-rubbed bronze, and matte black to coordinate with your existing bathroom hardware and create a cohesive look.

Enhance the safety and convenience of your new shower with our selection of custom accessories. We can seamlessly integrate features like sturdy grab bars for added stability, built-in or fold-down seating for comfort, and recessed shelving or corner caddies to keep your toiletries organized and within easy reach. These thoughtful additions ensure your walk-in shower is perfectly tailored to your lifestyle and needs.
