Jake, Matt and CincyBath were great to work with. Super friendly and accurate on their timeline and cost. The Moen designs they gave me to pick from, and flooring they used are of excellent quality.

They knocked out 50+ years of different tiling, wallpaper, and rebuilt the walls underneath before applying a new tub, shower panels and accessories.

Our cell block window was wonderfully framed to keep its great lighting. I highly recommend them to do the heavy lifting part of your bathroom remodel.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The Cincy Co was very strict on following what was in the contract so be sure Every Promise Spoken is written down so you won’t be disappointed. The best news I can share with you is that the installation man that I had was absolutely the best part of our whole experience. He was very professional and thorough in every aspect of his job. It was a pleasure to have him as our installer. Never rude, always respectful and honest. I would recommend him for any future work I need.

From our first encounter to our install, I knew this company was different. Jake came to our house and didn't try to upsell all the products. He asked us what we wanted. He knew I had already got an estimate of over 18k with discounts. He helped us with finding products that would look nice without breaking the bank. The installers were kind and courteous even showing concerns for my husband's transforner collection on shelf in another room. The work was explained to us and done in very timely fashion. I definitely would recommend Cincy Bath to anyone looking for honest people to fix your shower.

Is a Walk-In Tub Right for Me?

Walk-in tubs are one of the most thoughtful investments a homeowner can make — but we know it’s not a decision you take lightly. Here are some of the most common questions we hear:

“Is this just for elderly people or those with mobility issues?”

Not at all. While walk-in tubs are an incredible option for those who need added safety and accessibility, the spa-like therapeutic features make them appealing to just about anyone who enjoys a great soak. Whirlpool jets, air therapy, and in-line heaters turn an everyday bath into something much more.

“Will it fit in my bathroom?”

In most cases, yes. Walk-in tubs are designed to fit within the footprint of a standard tub, and our team will assess your space before any work begins to make sure everything fits the way it should.

“What about the time it takes to fill and drain?”

We hear this one often. Our crew handles everything from demo to final touches — no coordinating multiple contractors, no strangers in and out of your home for weeks on end. We keep the workspace clean throughout the entire process and are always out of your home by 6pm, so your evenings are still yours. One team, start to finish.

This is a fair one. Walk-in tubs do take longer to fill and drain than a standard tub — but our Bath Concepts tubs are built with that in mind. Features like in-line heaters keep your water warm throughout the experience, so you’re never sitting in a cooling tub waiting for it to drain.

Installation Process

We know inviting a crew into your home is a big deal, so we keep the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Our team handles everything — from removal of your old tub to final cleanup when the job is done. Before we ever show up, one of our team members will walk you through exactly what to expect so there are no surprises along the way.

Enhance Bathroom Safety and Independence

Accessible Bathing Solutions for Every Home

Traditional bathtubs present a significant slipping hazard, especially for those with limited mobility. A walk-in tub eliminates the high threshold of a standard tub, replacing it with a low, easy-to-access entryway and a leak-proof door. This design dramatically reduces the risk of falls, allowing you or your loved ones to bathe with confidence and maintain independence in the comfort of your own home.

Our walk-in tubs are engineered with safety as the top priority. Features like built-in grab bars, anti-slip flooring, and a comfortable, chair-height seat provide multiple points of support and stability. These elements work together to create a secure and stress-free bathing environment, giving you peace of mind every time you step into the tub.

Transform Your Bathroom into a Personal Spa

Experience the rejuvenating benefits of hydrotherapy right in your own bathroom. Our walk-in tubs can be equipped with strategically placed air or water jets that gently massage sore muscles, ease joint pain, and improve circulation. This spa-like feature turns your daily bath into a therapeutic session, helping to alleviate symptoms of arthritis, fibromyalgia, and general aches.

Beyond hydrotherapy, our tubs offer a range of luxury features designed for your comfort. Consider chromatherapy, which uses colored lights to enhance your mood, or heated backrests that keep you warm and comfortable as the tub fills and drains. These thoughtful additions create a truly immersive and relaxing bathing experience from start to finish.

Seamless Integration into Your Existing Bathroom

Every bathroom is unique, which is why we offer a wide range of walk-in tub models, sizes, and configurations. During our initial consultation, we will assess your specific needs, measure your space, and help you select the perfect tub that fits seamlessly into your existing bathroom layout. We handle everything from removing your old tub to preparing the space for the new installation.

Our professional installation team is comprised of skilled and experienced technicians who prioritize quality craftsmanship. We ensure that all plumbing and electrical connections are handled safely and to code, and we use high-quality, durable materials to guarantee a leak-proof seal and long-lasting performance. The entire process is managed efficiently to minimize disruption to your home.

You can customize your walk-in tub with various features and finishes to match your personal style and therapeutic needs. Choose from different jet systems, faucet styles, and optional add-ons like handheld shower wands and quick-drain technology. We are committed to building a bathing solution that is not only safe and functional but also a beautiful addition to your home.
