At CincyBath, we want to make sure you home improvement investment is protected. Therefore, we offer a warranty protection for all of our products and services.

CincyBath warrants its workmanship for two (2) years from the date of Final Acceptance. If any defect in installation or workmanship is reported during this period, CincyBath will correct it at no cost to the homeowner.

CincyBath offers a Lifetime Warranty on qualifying products and materials installed in the homeowner’s bathroom remodel, backed by the manufacturers of those products. Specific coverage, duration, transferability, and exclusions vary by product and manufacturer. CincyBath will provide the homeowner with applicable product warranty documentation at project completion.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, lack of normal maintenance, unauthorized repairs or modifications, accidents, acts of nature, or wear and tear inconsistent with normal household use. Warranties on customer-supplied materials are governed exclusively by the supplier of those materials.
